Return & Refund
RETURN
1.If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods to us within 30 days of shipment and request a refund or replacement.
2.Freight is non-refundable. Return must be original without damage, will not affect the second sale.
3.We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may be found abusing our return policy.
If you notice any obvious discrepancies or damage after receiving the goods, or if it is not an ordered product, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods to make the necessary corrections.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Carefully repackage your items back into your shipping box along with your packing slip, and seal your package with packing tape.
- Deliver your package via your preferred shipping service. Please use a trackable/insured shipping method/carrier. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
- We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.
- Returns and exchanges can take 5 to 7 business days to process, once the package is received.

1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside of our control
Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.When We make the refund,you will get the refund within 3 days.
